Doctor Profile

1. Creating a new Doctor account

  • Click on Signup
  • Enter a unique doctor email address.
  • Enter 8 digits long password in – Password and Password Confirmation field
  • Click on Signup

2. Create Profile – screen will appear asking to Fill First name , Last name , Address , city , state , Zip Code

  • Need to Add First Name and last name
  • Add keyword of address, this will open a dropdown select your actual address from that dropdown
  • On selecting address from dropdown , (City , State and Zipcode will get prefilled on its own)
  • Click on continue

3. Add bio – Screen will appear

  • Add bio of doctor
  • Click on Continue

4. Select Specialization – Screen will appear

  • Click on the checkboxes in which doctor is specialized – Primary care Physician, Dentists , Internists and OBGYN
  • On Click of back button – It will show added data in previous step
  • On click of continue button – It will show new screen and save added specializations

5. Offer Telemedicine – screen will appear

  • Only one checkbox can be selected here
  • Click on continue it will redirect to new screen
  • On click of back – It will show specializations, User saved earlier

6.Insurance Doctor Accept – Screen will appear

  • Multiple Insurance checkboxes can be selected which doctor Accept
  • On selecting “Other” it will show custom field to add name of insurance manually (There “+” Icon is present which allows doctor to Create multiple custom fields)
  • On click of continue it will redirect to new screen
  • On click of back button it will show checkbox selected for Telemedicine earlier

7.Appointment Fees – Screen will appear

  • Any number of amount there either in decimal
  • This amount will reflect in patient app as appointment fee
  • Click on Continue and it will redirect user to “Verify it’s email”
  • On click of back button it will move to previous screen – Insurance accept with checkboxes selected earlier
Email Verification
1. Email Verification – Screen will appear

  • On this screen it will send Doctor an email he/she registered while signing up
  • On click of logout button it will logout the doctor and redirect it to Login screen

2. Verification email – Verification Mail will be sent to the email address Doctor registered while signing up

  • On click of “Verification email address button” it will redirect doctor to
Dashboard

1. This screen will appear (On verifying email from registered email Address)

  • Dashboard have – Appointment statistics – (based on How many Appointments gets completed) , Upcoming appointments – ( Based on future date Appointments which are not accepted yet), Money made this month – (Based on payment which is getting released by Patient through mobile app) and Total Patients – ( Based on the number of patients whose appointments are getting accepted)
  • Recent Messages – It will show number of latest messages sent by patients
  • Appointments – Calendar – It will add “.” below specific dates which have appointments on that day
  • Complete your profile for approval – ( Availability and Banking information ) – Doctor will not show up in mobile app until he/she add it’s availability (slots) and banking information (To attach bank account)
    (ALSO UNTIL IT DOESN’T GETS APPROVED BY ADMIN)
Availability

1. Availability – Screen will appear when Doctor will click on Availability (For it’s profile approval)

  • Hours of Operation – Days – TIme – On toggling days button “On” that day slots will appear in mobile app
  • On selecting time – start time and end time – It will create half hour slots in mobile app
    For eg. If Doctor start time is 09: 00 AM – then first slot will be considered as 09: 00 AM , 09: 30 AM – as Second
    But if end time is 08 :00 PM then 08 :00 AM to 08 :30 AM will be considered as last slot
  • In hours of Operation – if User will click on “+” icon , it will display custom fields that will be used for the purpose of break (for eg. If one slot timing is 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM then we create a custom slot of 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM) As a result – 11: 00 AM to 12:00 PM aren’t included in slot and will be declared as break

  • Holidays – It is used to select specific date where slots are not going to show up ( On click of add days – Doctor can create multiple holidays )
  • On click of update – it will update all the added details
Account
2. Account – On click of Banking information, it will redirect to account so that doctor can connect it’s stripe account

  • On click of “Connect Stripe Account” button it will redirect user to the official stripe site where doctor will fill all the details correctly and on updating it – It will redirect doctor back to airmyMD Account

  • On completion of connect stripe, It will display these details to fill and it will be removed from dashboard top text too
Admin Approval

1. For Last approval to show up in App , Admin will verify everything and change doctor status to approved

2. Admin Approval – Here Admin approve and disapprove the doctor profile and on click of view details – Admin can see other details added by doctor

My Profile

1. My profile – In this screen doctor can view all data added by him/her

  • Rating will be 0 until patient doesn’t rate doctor appointment
  • Do you currently offer Telemedicine – will show added value in Signup process (it can be updated too)
  • What Insurances do you accept – Will show added values in Sign up process (It can be Updated too)
  • Profile image – Doctor can update image here and it will display in mobile app
  • Appointment fee – Will show the added value in Signup process
  • Areas of Specialization – It will display selected specializations in signup process (It can be updated too)
Appointment Request

1. Appointment Request – Appointments booked by Patients will show up here

  • Filter – Search by name and Date – Can filter out the results by adding specific name and date of appointment , We are looking for
  • Appointment – Patient name – It will show patient name added by User in Mobile app
  • Appointment date – It will show date of the appointment which patient have booked
  • Appointment Time – It will display the time slot of appointment which Patient have booked
  • Action – Accept , Reject and Details
    Accept – If doctor clicks on Accept appointment (That specific appointment will move to “My Appointment” page with status Accepted – This will also change the status in mobile app
  • Reject – If Doctor clicks on “Reject Button” (That appointment will move to “Appointment history” page with Status Rejected – This will also change the status in the mobile application
  • View details – It will display a popup with – Patient name (It is a link on click of that, It will show all patient details added by him/her on Mobile app) , Appointment date – Date of appointment which is booked by patient , Appointment Time – Time slot of Appointment which is booked by patient, Appointment status – This will show appointment is pending , Accepted , rejected or completed , Payment type – This will show payment type selected by Patient ( Card or Insurance card) For credit card etc – It will only show text “Card” but for Insurance – It will display insurance picture, Insurance provider , Member ID and Group number
  • Appointment Status reason – This will display “Reason of the appointment added by patient through mobile app” (It is not mandatory to be added by patient )

(It also sends an email to the Doctor when appointment is booked by patient )

My Appointments

1. My appointments – This will show Accepted appointments from Appointment requests

  • Chat – On click of chat ( It will redirect the doctor to messages page allowing doctor to send message to the patient )
  • Complete – On click of “Complete” it will move this appointment to “Appointment history” page with status completed
Appointment History

1. Appointment History – This will show listing of appointments which are completed or rejected

  • View Details – On Click of view details, this will show all details as mentioned above in Appointment request ( but In this it will also show rating and review – It depends upon how many stars patient give to Doctor appointment and what review he/she adds at mobile application
Patients Page

1. Patients page – It will display all patients whose appointments gets accepted and completed

  • Search by name – Filter – By Searching any specific name it will show the result of added value
  • History – On click of “History” it will show the history of all appointments booked by that specific Patient
  • View – On click of “View” it will show the details of patient added by him/her on the mobile application
Transactions
1. Transactions – It will display all the transactions done by patients for appointment completion

  • Everything is the same like other pages except Total Payment – It shows the payment by deducting a 10% from Appointment fee which is given to the admin.
Messages
1. Messages – It allows doctor to send message ( can also add attachments)

  • Search people – is used to search for specific patient by searching out their name
Reviews
1. Reviews – In reviews page, It will show all he reviews added by Patients ( Rating + Review and with date of appointment)

Forgot Password
1. Add Doctor Registered email and click on “Email Password Reset link) it will send email to the doctor email address then on click of that link it will allow the doctor to add new password
